Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Col Fondo di Ca 'dei Zago, produced with the ancestral method and then with refermentation in the bottle, comes from vines, about 56-60 years old, placed at 400 meters above sea level. With a strong territorial adherence, it gives an intense and crunchy sip, which does not take long to reveal the high quality level of this Valdobbiadene.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow, slightly hazy; persistent foam. The nose is expressed with hints of citrus and green apple and notes of fresh flowers. On the palate it is very fresh, very pleasant to drink and clear balance.

Pairings: excellent in combination with fish appetizers, it also goes well with fresh cheeses and with sushi and sashimi.
