A vertical Barolo tasting from the iconic wine estate Dott. G. Cappellano, featuring vintages from 1998 to 2019, is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. These bottles, including wines crafted by the late Teobaldo Cappellano and later by his son, Augusto Cappellano, have been carefully collected by Flemming Laugesen over the past 25 years. Today, even individual bottles are rare, making the opportunity to enjoy them together in a single evening nothing short of a small miracle.
