Grape varieties: Aglianico
Marco Tinessa's relationship with Sicily is, as is now known, very close; over the years, in fact, Marco has linked his Campania to Sicily by hand, making wine from his Aglianico grapes on Etna, by Frank Cornelissen. "Last trip in Sicily", therefore, intends to mark the end of a decade, a very long period spent exploring, with the support of one of the greatest protagonists of the Etna wine scene, a different way of making Aglianico wine: from 2018, in fact, Marco can count on a completely new cellar in Milan. So do not miss the opportunity to enjoy this wine and "listen" to the fantastic journey it tells.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby. The nose is broad and decisive; it is expressed with hints of small red fruits, earthy notes and balsamic hints. On the palate it is full-bodied and structured; enveloping and well articulated, it gives a sip of very long persistence.
Pairings: Excellent in combination with red meats, it is also ideal to accompany structured first courses.
