Pranzegg's Laurenc is a full, velvety and strong red wine. The wine with a mountain soul, which speaks the South Tyrolean dialect, is energetic and full in the mouth, while maintaining good freshness and lively and fresh tannins. Wine to bite into until the bottle is empty.
On wool or cream, on a pan or pot, arborio or carnaroli, risotto is an art that everyone learns according to family traditions. There are three mistakes you should never make: don't fry rice, let it boil, and don't have a glass of Laurence with it.
