Campo delle Oche Integrale from Fattoria San Lorenzo is a special version that is only produced in magnum 1.5l bottles. It consists of 97% Verdicchio grapes and a tiny addition of slightly dried malvasia left to macerate. Fermentation with indigenous yeast takes about 3 months, then the wine remains on its lees for four years, during which time the batonnage technique is used. The wine stays in concrete tanks for the whole duration.

Integral because it is bottled the way it is, without make-up. Neither filtration nor clarification is done. Only 500 magnum bottles are produced.

Only Natalino Crognaletti can make such wines.

Tasting notes: The straw-yellow scent expresses a beautiful olfactory spectrum composed of wonderful tones of acacia, pear, apple, almond. The floral touch, including saffron, displays a fresh taste with good aroma, supported by good structure and a certain softness. It closes with a particularly pronounced finish with slightly bitter tones.
