Burello 2019

Grape varieties: Montepulciano, Sangiovese

Produced starting from a careful assembly of Montepulciano and Sangiovese, the two most widespread varieties of the area, Burello is de facto a Rosso Piceno whose fermentation occurs spontaneously in cement tanks and whose maturation takes place in large oak barrels for about two years . Burello is an elegant, long lived wine, one of the shining examples of how good this wine area is.

Tasting notes: Ruby red, on the nose it expresses beautiful notes of ripe red fruit embellished with hints of tobacco and cocoa. A fine, subtle, elegant taste, balanced by a punctual tannic texture and a freshness that is anything but dormant. Very long and vibrant.

Pairings: For the whole meal, Burello goes well with roast meat dishes in general, especially game.
