Flo Busch

Domaine Flo Busch was created in 2018 in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac, in the Languedoc region, in South of France. The estate is gradually expanding to 10 hectares of mixed farming. Vines, aromatic plants and olive trees are cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods. From the life of the soil to the life of the wine, Florian and Paola strive for harmony between man, plant, soil and climate. Grappes are hand-picked, combining human energy, respect for the living world and a precise choice of ripeness for the natural expression of the terroir. ln the cellar, the winemaking process is low intervention. Dur wines have no make-up. Fermentation is spontaneous, using only indigenous yeasts. The wines are neither fined or filtered. Sulphites are used in mini mal quantities when necessary. Direct pressing or maceration, with or without the skins, we like to play with different extractions. Maceration times vary according to the year, the level and the tannins. Pumping over, punching down and pressing punctuate the post-harvest period ... when we accompany the grapes on their way to becoming wine!
