Grape varieties: Grillo
Arianna Occhipinti's Bianco SM is a white wine of great character and elegance. Fresh and dense, it plays with the delicate aromas of citrus fruits, spices and flowers, contrasting the Mediterranean heat with a marked marine flavor. A wine that painstakingly traces the portrait of the territory of the Iblei Mountains.
Bianco SM was born from Arianna's desire to give life to a white wine capable of enclosing the limestone and landscape of the Ibeli Mountains in a single sip. To drink during a dinner with friends between a Sicilian caponata and sardines a beccafico for an instant madeleine effect.
