Valfaccenda
Valfaccenda Wine Dinner at Barometr / 22 April at 19:00.
Why make things easy when you can aim for nothing less than glorious?
(That could well be the story of my life.)
We did it. Luca Faccenda will be in Prague for our Valfaccenda wine dinner at Barometr next Wednesday, 22 April at 19:00.
Luca is among the leading vignaioli of Roero, Piedmont—immensely talented, effortlessly charming, and a true gentleman. We will present his newly bottled vintages of Arneis and Nebbiolo, alongside Freisa and Grignolino, shown for the first time.
With all due respect, an occasion like this calls for something beyond goulash.
So here goes:
We are bringing a full menu from Piedmont—home-grown, home-bred, and home-cooked alla nonna, and driven up fresh by our colleague. Bold as it may sound, you are unlikely to eat more authentically Piemontese in the Golden City this year.
A six-course dinner paired with six wines is priced at CZK 2,325.
And that’s not all. We will be giving away a rare bottle of Dr. G. Cappellano Barolo Piè Rupestris 2010 to one lucky guest in our evening tombola.
Why? Love.
