On the island of Timor, in the Indonesian archipelago, a coffee with unique characteristics is grown, which made the history of the ancient "Viennese Coffee Houses": first quality Timor Arabica. It is a slightly elongated Arabica, with the lowest caffeine content (1.26%) that we have ever come across as a favorite. In the cup it is fragrant. The contrast between the delicate sweetness and the excellent body excites.
