Grape varieties: Aglianico
Le Fole wine descends into a glass with ruby red with great intensity. Immediately lively and penetrating scent, tastes of wild berries, black pepper, skin, earth and is constantly enlivened by a gentle volatile feeling. The sip reveals its origins, Aglianico to the bone, impulsive and stunning for its freshness and distinctive tannin rhythm. A magnificent liquid for a gastronomic mission, it accompanies the daily table and prefers combinations such as juicy meat dishes, matured cheeses or richly spicy first courses. Ductility and continuous rhythm. Deep ruby red color, rich and intense aroma of red fruit, oriental spices and tobacco, with peppery and earthy tones and subtle volatile sensations. With a broad and deep taste, juicy and with good freshness, with rich fruity aromas.
