Jiro will serve as the cultural backdrop for an important blind tasting of some of the finest anchovies in the world. You are the jury.
 To help swallow the small fish, there will be ambrosial sustenance.
Jiro Dreams of Sushi is a cultural imperative. We hope that what we serve can approach even a fraction of this uncompromising devotion to gastronomy — and to human feeling.
We offer salmon, herring, sprats, cod, monkfish liver, and the newest arrival — halibut.
Still, we love anchovies and, as adopted Piemontesi (children of many lands), the blind tasting will be conducted on some of the best bread Prague has to offer, with a thick layer of butter and numerous anchovy samples.
Please help us choose which anchovy will represent Flemming’s in the years to come.
