A Fiano at maximum power with 6 days maceration on the skins in terracotta amphora and an aging of 6 months in cherry wood barrels and another 6 months in stoneware amphorae. Unobtainable bottle, always authentic expression.
About him: the pink version of the new NA-TU-RE trilogy. Mostly Aglianico, but also other ancient autochthonous red grape varieties lightly macerated and refined in their respective wooden barrels considered more appropriate by the legendary Antonio! A territorial wine, which conquers for its delicate floral aromas, elegant fruity aromas, freshness and flavor.

Alcohol content: 13% vol
Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 2-day maceration on the skins
Aging: 7 months in various wooden barrels
Serving temperature: 10-14 ° C; we recommend letting the wine breathe 15-20 minutes before drinking it
Recommended pairings: excellent with not too tasty fish dishes; to try with baked cod and chickpeas!
