Grape varieties: Fiano
From a vineyard over 40 years old at 600 m asl, a 100% Fiano obtained with cryomaceration for a couple of days and hand pressing with a wooden press. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in barrique and aging for 6 months in barrique. No filtration before bottling. It is a fresh and subtle wine dominated by notes of fruit but in constant evolution.
