Grape varieties: Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo
An excellent Tuscan red, very drinkable, with a good value for money, which impresses with the richness of aromas and flavors of the sip. It ferments in concrete tanks, without adding selected yeasts and refines in steel for 18 months, to maintain and enhance the fragrance and quality of the fruit.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby red, with intense and young hints of dark fruits, among which cherry and blackberry stand out, which bind perfectly to the snappy tannin and the vibrant freshness of the taste. A rich and pulpy sip, simple but of great character, with some youthful edge.
Pairings: "Il Secondo di Pacina" of the Pacina Agricultural Company, is an excellent Rosso Toscana IGT, perfect to accompany roasted or stewed red meats. It is best expressed with Florentine stew and ossobuco with peas.
