A red wine of character, ruby in colour and dry on the palate.
A red made from Grignolino grown in Monferrato, a grape variety which, in our view, embodies a distinctly Piedmontese character - spiced,
dynamic, and austere. Fruit from vineyards on white clay soils with
south-east exposures. Seven days of maceration, followed by élevage in concrete and stainless steel until spring. The 2025 vintage shows a delicate, spicy nose, leading to a straight, clearly defined palate.
