Grape varieties: Aglianico

Le Fole wine descends into a glass with ruby ​​red with great intensity. Immediately lively and penetrating scent, tastes of wild berries, black pepper, skin, earth and is constantly enlivened by a gentle volatile feeling. The sip reveals its origins, Aglianico to the bone, impulsive and stunning for its freshness and distinctive tannin rhythm. A magnificent liquid for a gastronomic mission, it accompanies the daily table and prefers combinations such as juicy meat dishes, matured cheeses or richly spicy first courses. Ductility and continuous rhythm. Deep ruby ​​red color, rich and intense aroma of red fruit, oriental spices and tobacco, with peppery and earthy tones and subtle volatile sensations. With a broad and deep taste, juicy and with good freshness, with rich fruity aromas.

Vineyard: Grown in the countryside of Montemarano, from a vineyard over 40 years old, facing south-east, at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level on calcareous, sandy and clay soil. Harvested by hand in crates. Hectares yield 40 quintals.
