This wine is obtained from white berried grapes from vines with about 20 years of age. In the vineyard and in the cellar the philosophy is coherent and is that of a targeted but not prevaricating interventionism, therefore the management of the vineyard is organic by integrating biodynamic practices while in the cellar the alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel tanks. Small addition of sulfur before bottling.

The white wine "di Gino" has a bright and quite intense straw yellow color. The nose is extremely typical, satisfying in its simplicity: it tastes of pear, hazelnut and hawthorn all in a clear picture, devoid of unnecessary frills. Pulpy but at the same time smooth sip, with soft tactility and a saline extension characteristic of Natalino wines. We are not joking when we say that you can hardly drink better at this price.
