Chianzano Aglianico 2020

Made from pure Aglianico grapes, vinified with 26 days of submerged cap maceration on the skins and aged in terracotta amphorae. An interpretation of Aglianico that departs from tradition. The submerged cap allows less extraction, resulting in a wine with less marked acidity and tannins.
