Grape varieties: Malvasia di Candia, Trebbiano, Ortrugo, Sauvignon, Marsanne

The most typical of the wines of Croci's territory obtained from the pressing of the grapes that were traditionally grown on the Monterosso hill. It has a straw yellow color with the characteristic fruity and charming freshness that can be felt at the end of fermentation, combined with the characteristic bread crust note felt at the end of fermentation. Over time it delivers increasingly complex aromas derived from aging on the lees.

The smell and taste provides fruity flavors combined with delicate hints of yeast at the beginning. Later the taste become more complex. Soft and harmonious with a strong character.

It is a pleasant wine with good drinkability for any occasion.
