Bianco Amphora 2013

Grape varieties: Chardonnay

Bianco Amphora comes from a vineyard of about 0.6 hectares, cultivated according to natural agriculture criteria, in which the vines are approximately 20 years old. The harvest takes place by hand, while the fermentation is carried out spontaneously in buried terracotta amphorae and without temperature control, with maceration on the skins for six months. Refinement takes place in terracotta dolia for eight months. No filtration or clarification.

Tasting notes: Intense and opaque golden yellow color, with amber reflections. The nose shows complex hints of yellow fruit, with a nice spicy texture and a vinous and whiskey touch. On the mouth, it is majestic and powerful, then relaxes with flavor and freshness, closing with great depth.
