Flo and Paola are certified organic and biodynamic farmers. From the life of the soil to the life of the plants and their benefits, there are no secrets. Around fifty aromatic plants are grown on the 8000m2 plot, including Italian helichrysum for the essential oil, as well as a wide variety of other hardy Mediterranean plants that require little water, such as capers, thyme, savory, oregano, hyssop, rosemary, and plants from elsewhere that are well adapted, such as rose geranium, holy basil, verbena, liquorice, etc. A dozen wild plants are picked by hand, in their local biotope, respecting natural cycles and with love. I have a BPREA diploma in processing aromatic and medicinal plants, and have also trained in phytotherapy and aromatherapy, in conjunction with Chinese medicine. Our Gaec Petit Pont et Buisson is a mixed farming estate with vines, aromatic plants and olives, which also produces the wines of Domaine Flo Busch.
