Fattoria San Lorenzo's "di Gino" white wine is a refreshing and informal white from the Marches, vinified in stainless steel tanks. It expresses a simple and linear personality, with a bouquet of ripe pear, wisteria and fresh almonds and a fresh, flowing, savory and mineral sip. Artisanal wine, made as it once was.

Fattoria San Lorenzo's "di Gino" is without fear of denial one of the best Italian whites for value for money. If it is true that drinking bottles with an extra quid under 10 euros is not an easy task, the Bianco di Gino is undoubtedly one of the founders of the category, a perfect interpretation of a voato territory. The hand is that of Natalino Crognaletti, a name now known to passionate drinkers, who in Montecarotto has been able to become a real point of reference thanks to liquids that bring out the best from the vintage but always remaining faithful to it. The management of the vineyard is organic, integrating some dictates of biodynamics, and all Natalino wines, despite being territorial and artisanal, maintain elegance and refinement as trait d'union. Granite certainty.

This wine is obtained from white berried grapes from vines with about 20 years of age. In the vineyard and in the cellar the philosophy is coherent and is that of a targeted but not prevaricating interventionism, therefore the management of the vineyard is organic by integrating biodynamic practices while in the cellar the alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in steel tanks. Small addition of sulfur before bottling.

The white wine "di Gino" has a bright and quite intense straw yellow color. The nose is extremely typical, satisfying in its simplicity: it tastes of pear, hazelnut and hawthorn all in a clear picture, devoid of unnecessary frills. Pulpy but at the same time smooth sip, with soft tactility and a saline extension characteristic of Natalino wines. We are not joking when we say that you can hardly drink better at this price.
