Only cement, grapes harvested in mid-September in a vineyard in Ostra facing north at 250 meters above sea level, 12 months on the lees. Unfiltered and dedicated to Natalino's mother, this Rosato has character, beautiful aromas and a great fabric. Perfect with shellfish and savory pies, at the table it shows a remarkable transversality.
Refine on fermentation bottoms for about 12 months in concrete. Bottled without filtration it is a tribute to purity and frankness.
