Rifermentato in bottiglia Vigneto Mariarosa 2021

The Prosecco parcel Mariarosa is dedicated to Cristiano's aunt, who passed away a few years ago. Located less than a kilometer down the road from the winery, the Mariarosa vineyard is dramatically different with a very steep incline and boulders that puncture the topsoil. While the Zago hill is composed of the very characteristic silex soil, Mariarosa's soil composition completely changes with its white chalk soil type.

The ensuing Prosecco is elegant and yet determined. It is hard to find Proseccos of this profundity and quality.
