Nur means light in Arabic.
They had in mind a wine from central Italy but with a distinctly Mediterranean character. An ancestral wine, without added sulphites, turbid, extreme.
Different biotypes of Trebbiano and Malvasie. The inevitable Verdicchio. A bit of Pecorino (which in the nineteenth century also went as far as their places). A stay with the skins of a couple of weeks.
