Grape varieties: Gaglioppo
From Francesco's oldest vineyard, in the Cirò hills facing north, the Gaglioppo grapes for the Reserve are selected.
After about one month of maceration, the wine is pressed and then aged in 2000 liter oak barrels for a year. After a long refinement in the bottle, it is released four years after the harvest.
A complex, highly drinkable wine with great character. A great Cirò, charming and authentic.
