His is a family story spanning more than 30 years: first his father, thenVito and now, whenever possible, his two daughters have contributed to the farm.

Vito manages approximately six hectares, almost one of which is planted with RedGlobe table grapes; a small quantity of Italia grapes has also been introduced inrecent years. The remaining land is devoted to family olive groves and rotations ofancient grains, including Timilia, and forage crops.

The farm has always been organic, not in response to fashion or commercialconvenience, but from a conviction that agriculture must respect both the land andthe people who cultivate it.
