Wines obtained from ripe fruit, with soft body and a minerality that transpires clearly after a few years ageing.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eThe Donà Blanc grapes come from old vines located on two different soils, a light and porphyric one with high mineral content, and a more consistent, clayey and limy one.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eThe aromatic grapes, when fully ripe, are subjected to careful and gentle pressing and their juice is left to ferment in wooden barrels. This is followed by the natural malolactic fermentation.
