Exquisite Arabica coffee blends with caramel, toast and hazelnut flavors
This coffee is a selection of a selection of four types of Arabica roasted separately and blended with a manual process in the percentage of the original Formula. The recipe is that of the first blend that, seventy-two years ago, Giovanni Erbisti prepared with the systems and precautions that have always been in use in our family ever since, now in its fourth generation of roasters. Giovanni Erbisti '47 in the cup is of great structure, slightly salty, rich, full of sweet taste. The low presence of caffeine makes it digestive and easily digestible.
